Rentals

The Beethoven Halle und Garten is available for rentals for all occasions, including weddings, anniversaries, meetings & holiday parties.  The following is general information, but be sure to call the main number (210) 222-1521 for more detailed information.

Rental Cost & Policies

Rental Rate of Inside Room:     $775, 140 guest capacity
Rental Rate of Garden:             $775, 600 guest capacity
Rental of Both Areas:               $1,075, 740 guest capacity
Members can rent the inside Halle for $500 and both the inside Halle and outside Garten for $600.*

Rental time is for six hours.  Deposit: 50% down.  Balance is due 30 days after the contract has been signed and the date secured.
Additional Security Deposit: $250, which is refundable within one week after the event if no damages occur.

* Members must pay 100% of the rental price at time of booking, no exceptions.  Member price for rental is for a member and his immediate family, and an open invitation to all club members posted on the board in order to get the member discount.

In addition to the rental price, the renter must have Security Officers for their event, as required by law, and will be an additional $20 per hour for each Officer.  The number of guests at your event determines how many Officers are required.  The Beethoven hires off-duty Deputy Sheriffs for all rentals.

Any cancellations prior to 45 days of the event will be refunded, less $250.  Cancellations within 45 days of the event will be subject to 100% penalty.  The Beethoven reserves the right to cancel a rental in the event of unforeseen events such as maintenance or natural disasters.

The following information must be provided to book the event: name, address, phone number, drivers license, number of guests expected, hours and date of event.

The Beethoven will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to renters' property or personal injury.

Music must stop by 11:00 p.m. and be played at the required should level to be in compliance with the city code.

Catering & Beverages

Outside caterers are welcome.  The kitchen is not available for use by the renter or by a member rental.

No outside beer, wine, or soft drinks can be brought into the property.  The Beethoven Bar has a large selection of local and imported beers and wines, and can have set-ups available for a price.  All beer, wine, and sodas must be purchased at the bar and no kegs will be sold to a renter.
