Beethoven Männerchor's Rental Information
The Beethoven Männerchor's Halle und Garten is available for rentals for all occasions, including weddings, anniversaries, meetings and holiday parties.
Combined with a unique touch of our German culture and a detail-oriented event staff dedicated to making your unique vision come true, the Beethoven Männerchor is everything you’ve been looking for!

Rental Cost and Policies
Member pricing
Member prices for rental is for member's and their immediate family, and an open invitation to all club members posted on the board in order to get the member discount.
Members must pay 100% of rental price at the time of booking.
Non-Member pricing
Non-members must pay $500 upon making reservation, with the balance due within 30 days.
Deposits & fees
Set-Up & Cleaning Fee:
$100.00 for parties of 350 or more.
Property Damage Deposit:
$250.00 due at time of reservation.
If damages exceed $250.00, the patron will take on financial responsibility. If no damages are incurred, fee will be returned to the patron within (2) two weeks.
Cancellations:
Must be made 45 days prior to the event. All but $250.00 will be refunded.
security
In addition to the rental price, the renter must hire security officers for their event, as required by law. The number of guests at your event determines how many officers are required. Each officer, to be hired through Beethoven, is $40 per hour.
$40 x number of hours used x number of security officers required.
*One officer required for every 100 guests.
catering & beverages
Outside caterers are welcome. The kitchen is not available for use by the renter or by a family rental.
No outside beer, wine or soft drinks can be brought into the property. The Beethoven bar has a large selection of local and imported beers and wines, and can have set-ups available for a price.
All beer, wine, and sodas must be purchased at the bar, and no kegs will be sold to renter.
rental time
Rental of our facilities are a maximum of six hours.

The Beethoven will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to renters' property or personal injury.
Music must stop by 11 p.m. and be played at the required sound level to be in compliance with city code.
